FIFA 07 Demo Available

Soccer games have been a long time passtime of many people, especially in Europe (where it is called football, incase for some reason you did not know), and so some were excited to see the FIFA 07 demo on the Xbox Live Marketplace. I am not one of them, as sport games bore me to tears.

At approximately 800MB, it will use a fair bit of hard drive space, I have used all mine up a long time ago, but if you like soccer/football, check it out.

Rainbow Six: Vegas Demo Coming October 23rd

If you thought that the Official Xbox Magazine was going to be the only place to get the Rainbow Six: Vegas demo for the Xbox 360, you were wrong, as an official press release from Ubisoft stated that the demo will be available on the Xbox Live Marketplace on October 23rd.

The demo will take place in a gothic themed Dante’s Casino which is still under construction. The full version of this game is set for November 17th.

Web Site Offers Xbox 360 Gamerscore

A new site, recently launched, called LevelMy360.com offers a way for people to increase their Gamerscore.

The service basically asks for your Xbox Live account information. They play games on that account gaining you Gamerscore.

Prices start at $39.99 for 500 points all the way up to $299.99 for 3000 points. This is not a Microsoft sanctioned service, and so buyer beware, mind you, you would have to be extremely desperate to need to pay to get Gamerscore.

Mystery XBLA game is DOOM

That’s right DOOM is coming to the Xbox Live Arcade, and its not sometime in the future, its tonight. So for 800 Microsoft points ($10) you can get some classic fun going with DOOM.

What is so special about DOOM on the Xbox 360? Well, three times the original resolution, 5.1 surround sound audio, and four player online or offline co-op. Sounds like fun to me.
